You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
If the Upstox API or our servers experience an extended outage preventing data delivery for more than 48 consecutive hours, users may be eligible for an extension of their subscription time, at management's discretion.
