Refunds & Cancellations
1. Digital Product Policy
Greek Calculator provides immediate access to proprietary digital market data, analytics, and software tools upon payment. Due to the intangible nature of these digital goods and instant access to premium features, we enforce a strict refund policy.
All subscription sales are final and strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial or full, for any reason once a transaction is successfully completed and access is granted.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Once a cancellation request is processed, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
We do not issue partial refunds or prorated credits for unused time, unaccessed data, or mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Technical Outages & Compensation
We rely on external API partners (e.g., Upstox) for market data execution. While we ensure high server uptime, disruptions out of our control can occur.
If the Greek Calculator terminal experiences an extended, verifiable technical outage preventing data delivery for more than 48 consecutive hours, affected active subscribers may be eligible for a compensatory extension of their subscription duration. This extension is granted entirely at management's discretion. No cash refunds will be provided for outages.
